Most financial advisers offer similar services. Where we differ, is in our ‘approach’. Ours can be summed up as patient, methodical and highly personalised. As far as my clients are concerned, being rushed into decisions is not for them. They want every i dotted and all the t’s, crossed. Commitment, integrity and consistency are qualities they value, which they reciprocate in equal measure.
We know that the decision to take financial advice can be a difficult one to reach: perhaps our way of doing things will make the first steps a little easier for you to take?
James Etheridge DipFA ACSI CertPFS
Chairman of the Investment Committee
James has been involved in the financial services industry since 2000. Immediately prior to becoming a financial adviser, he worked for insurance companies and other product providers. The nature of those organisations meant that the range of advice he could provide was restricted — an unacceptable situation, as far as he was concerned. In 2010, he decided to go it alone, convinced he could not only do the job better but also provide a service that he believed clients deserved and required. James lives in Bearsted and is married with two young children. Apart from spending time with his family, he enjoys keeping fit and is a keen follower (and participant in) a number of sports.
